Freelance web developer in the UAE, based in Dubai
I’m Mohammed Nasif, a freelance web developer based in Dubai. I build business websites, landing pages and web apps for companies across the UAE that load fast, show up in search and send enquiries straight to your WhatsApp or inbox. Recent builds include TGT Tint Group’s 11-page corporate site, Novosic’s 13-brand export catalogue and the RAX Training landing page.

Frequently asked questions
Which emirates do you work in?
All of them. I’m based in Dubai and work with businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Most website projects run remotely, with a call or a meeting whenever it helps.
Why hire a freelance web developer instead of an agency?
You work directly with the person who designs and builds your site, so nothing gets lost between a salesperson, a designer and a developer. Decisions are faster, and you know exactly who to call after launch.
How much does a freelance web developer cost in the UAE?
It depends on the number of pages, custom design, who writes the content, Arabic, and integrations such as forms, Zoho or payments. After a free 30-minute call you get a written quote with the scope spelled out, so you can compare it fairly with other quotes.
How long does a business website take?
It depends mostly on the number of pages and on how ready your content is. A single landing page is much quicker than a multi-page corporate site. After a short discovery call you get a written plan with dates for each stage.
Astro or Next.js: which do you use?
Astro for content-led sites that need to be very fast with little JavaScript, like the RAX Training landing page and this site. Next.js when a site behaves more like an app or has a large catalogue, like Novosic and BN Automotive.
Where is the website hosted?
Usually on Cloudflare Pages or Vercel. Both serve sites from a global edge network, both have free plans that cover many small business sites, and the accounts are set up in your name.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. Tell me at the start how often you expect to change content, and I will set the site up so routine updates such as text, products and photos do not need a developer.
Can the site be in Arabic as well as English?
Yes. Arabic needs right-to-left layout and its own fonts, so plan for it from the start rather than adding it later.
Do you handle SEO?
Every site ships with technical SEO in place: fast pages, clean titles and descriptions, structured data, a sitemap and Search Console setup. Ongoing content and link building is separate work we can plan together.
