Do I need to be technical to automate my business?

What can AI realistically do for a small business?

Summarise data you already have into a short daily or weekly briefing, draft routine replies, and flag what needs attention, such as slow stock or overdue invoices. It works best on top of clean data, so the first step is often connecting your systems.

Can you connect WhatsApp to my website or CRM?

Yes for enquiry funnels: website forms and buttons that open a pre-filled WhatsApp chat with the details already in the message. For automated two-way messaging through the WhatsApp Business API, we would scope it together first.

Do you only work with Zoho?

Zoho is where most of my automation work happens, but the same approach applies to Google Workspace, Supabase-based apps and other tools with an API.
