Fix company emails going to spam: SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup in Dubai

If your company emails land in spam, the cause is usually missing or broken SPF, DKIM or DMARC records. I fix DNS and email authentication across Cloudflare, Hostinger, cPanel and Google Cloud DNS, and set up Google Workspace for small businesses in the UAE.

Who this is for

  • Businesses whose quotes and invoices land in customers’ spam folders
  • Companies that send newsletters or bulk email
  • Small businesses moving to Google Workspace
  • Anyone whose DNS was set up by a previous provider nobody can reach

Problems it solves

  • Emails to Gmail or Outlook customers going to spam
  • Several services sending as your domain with no SPF record covering them
  • No DMARC record, so anyone can spoof your domain
  • DNS spread across registrar, host and email provider with nobody in charge

What you get

  • An audit of your DNS and every service that sends email as your domain
  • Corrected SPF, DKIM and DMARC records
  • A staged DMARC rollout, from monitoring to enforcement
  • Google Workspace setup and domain verification
  • A one-page record of your DNS and who controls it

How an engagement runs

  1. 1

    Assess

Review what is running today: configs, links, sites and the problems you see.

  2. 2

    Design

An HLD and LLD you sign off before anything changes.

  3. 3

    Implement

Changes in planned windows, each with a rollback plan.

  4. 4

    Hand over

Documentation, diagrams and a walkthrough for your team.

Frequently asked questions

What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?

SPF lists the servers allowed to send email for your domain. DKIM adds a cryptographic signature so receivers can check a message was not altered. DMARC tells receivers what to do when a message fails those checks and sends you reports about who is sending as your domain.

Do Gmail and Yahoo require DMARC now?

Since February 2024, Google and Yahoo require bulk senders (around 5,000+ messages a day to their users) to have SPF, DKIM and a DMARC record. Smaller senders still need SPF or DKIM to avoid spam folders, so setting up all three is the safe default.

Will changing DNS take my website or email down?

Not when the changes are planned. I record the current DNS first, change only the records involved, and start DMARC in monitoring mode so nothing gets rejected while we confirm every legitimate sender is covered.

Can you set up Google Workspace for us?

Yes: domain verification, MX records, SPF, DKIM and DMARC for Workspace, plus user accounts.
